All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your order.

5. **International Shipping**

6. **Lost or Stolen Packages**

A for Athletics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided in your order. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.

7. **Returns and Exchanges**

 **Return Eligibility**

You may return items within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- Certain items, such as [list any exceptions, e.g., customized items, intimate apparel, etc.], are non-returnable.

 **How to Initiate a Return**

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

**Return Shipping Costs**

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

**Refunds**

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

**Damaged or Defective Items**

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the shipping costs for the return.
