At A for Athletics, we’re committed to offering only the highest-quality supplements and wellness products. If you're not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help—within reasonable limitations.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the consumable and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any opened or used items. Even unopened products are considered non-returnable once they’ve left our facility, as we cannot guarantee product integrity once in transit.

Refunds will only be considered in cases of verified defects, damage, or fulfillment errors. We may request photo documentation to evaluate your claim.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, and refunds will not be issued in such cases.

Return Issues & Damaged Products

If you received a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

We'll assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions can be managed through your account dashboard. Please note that we do not issue refunds for subscription orders that have already been processed—even if you cancel on the same day as a renewal.
